How Long Does It Take to Build a Website?

March 21, 20266 min read

"How long will it take?" — that's the number one question we hear from clients. And rightly so. You want to know when the site will be ready so you can plan marketing, order business cards, or simply start getting customers. The answer: it depends on scope, but it can be precisely estimated.

Stage 1: Brief and Planning (1–2 days)

First, we talk about your business. What you do, who your customers are, what you want to achieve. Based on this, we create a site plan — what pages, what content, what style. This is the foundation of the entire project and usually takes 1–2 days.

Stage 2: Visual Design (3–5 days)

We design the look of the site — colors, layout, typography. We show you a mockup for approval. At this stage you can request changes — usually one round is enough to get it right.

Stage 3: Coding and Development (5–8 days)

This is where we turn the design into a working website. We code every page, set up contact forms, optimize for mobile devices and loading speed. This is the longest stage, but also the most important — this is where quality gets built in.

Stage 4: Content and Revisions (2–3 days)

We add text and photos, configure SEO, connect Google Analytics and Google Business Profile. You test the site, provide final feedback, and we implement it. This stage is the polish — everything needs to work perfectly.

Stage 5: Launch (1 day)

We connect the domain, do a final check of everything, and launch the site. From this moment on, it's visible to the world. The entire process — from first conversation to finished website — typically takes 2–3 weeks.

We deliver business websites in 2–3 weeks. No delays, no surprises. You know exactly what you're getting and when.

  • Number of pages (5 pages is a different scope than 15)
  • Material readiness (text, photos, logo)
  • Speed of your feedback — the faster you approve, the sooner we move forward
  • Additional features (shop, bookings, blog)
